Appointment availability for same day oil change. I called asking if I could head over now and they accommodated, I arrived 10 min later and Service began promptly. Quinton explained the services they recommended for my car and even did a physical inspection with me so I could see the problems first hand with my own eyes.

Eddie was fantastic! From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to referring me when my light continued to come on, ending with him checking on me the following day! It was an absolute delight to work with Midas.

They're always friendly and helpful. My tire size was not a standard inventory item, but they reached out to another location and got the size I needed quickly and kept me informed along the way.

They were very respectful and listened to my problem. They immediately checked it out and took care of it.

The store manager Russell is very knowledgeable and explains what the mechanic found. He suggest recommended service and explains priority of things. I believe he treats the vehicle as if it were his own. Most of all he communicates well so there are little surprises after the job is done. Bottom line, he is very trustworthy.
