Quick fast and efficient

The associate was perfect. Explained about everything, the time it took and the pricing. The wait time was shorter than expected. The staff that I met were super nice. The processes that I witnessed with other customers were extremely courteous.

My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. and I was greeted by a very friendly customer agents and my car was promptly pulled in and tested. Watching interactions between staff and other customers was very positive and I will be sure to bring my car back for future

I set up an appointment with Jason. He was very nice on the phone. I got to my appointment a few minutes early. They took my vehicle in immediately and my inspection was done when my appointment was supposed to start. Fast service and extremely friendly employee who checked me out. Not sure of his name but he was really nice.

Service on my 2001 S 10 was all good. Jason worked with me on the price? compared to other shops in the area to give me a good deal.

I had no appointment, but was offered to wait a few minutes and the inspection of my car was done shortly after that.

We called another dealer 1st and they told us it will take 2 weeks to schedule us in or we will have to drop our car off and come back in a few days. If we came in on the 18th, (called on the 6th) - it would take 45 minutes or so. So we called Midas, they said come on in and only took 15-20 minutes. I was extremely happy. We had our 2 year old son with us so glad they got it done fast. Staff was very friendly and they had toys there so kids can play.

I needed exhaust work done on my car and scheduled an appointment online. Got a call the next day to make s time for the appointment. When i arrived they got my car in promptly. Work was done to my satisfaction and the price was reasonable.

I called first thing in the morning looking for an appt for an emissions/safety inspection on 2 vehicles. Jason told me to come in with the first one and he would work me in ASAP and would take care of the other one in the afternoon. When I arrived, Jason met me in the front to insure my appt and service were followed as promised. Both vehicles inspections were completed without issue or delay. Staff was friendly and efficient with communication throughout the service from start to finish. I was very happy and impressed. I will return for service in the future. Thank you!

Ive lived in Missouri for four years, and each year Ive had to get an emissions test for my vehicle. For three years, it was a terrible experience at other nonMidas locations to say the least. I was so grateful and appreciative to get an inspection scheduled with Midas as soon as I had hoped. I also had to only wait for a short period of time, and the staff were very personable and kind. I will go back here for inspections and other vehicle maintenance issues in the future!!
