I had gone to Midas in Streetsboro after going to ntb because I had a ***** in my passenger rear tire they were quick an plugged an patched it for me . I asked how much it was gonna be when they were done an the manager said Free we just gotta have u sign

The Associate backed up the Original Estimate to the Penny. So, I didn't have to worry about any Surprise Added Expenses when I came to pick up my vehicle. You can't be that kind of Customer Service.

Although the program that I used (buy online and ship for install), they handled it really well and made sure that I was involved in every step of the process. The vehicle I have was the first generation of its kind from 2017 and the system was not updated yet, but I was still informed of my options. The assistant manager was great.

Checked in, spoke with the desk clerk, gave me a price, I saw an ad on Facebook with an extremely different price. Clerk gave me price, I asked about another service at a different time he explained the service & price.
