Very thorough.. I use Midas. They always send me discount coupons. The service managers are very friendly and explain estimates accurately. The service tech's do a complete checkup with each oil change, and were able catch a transmission leak before all the fluid was gone. I feel very well taken care of by the staff, and Midas guarantees or warranties all parts and tires.
