Good experience other than taking a bit longer than expected.

Been a customer for a few years. Service is always a pleasant experience. Fast dependable service. Employees are alway nice and courteous. I highly recommend Big O’s for your oils change snd tire needs.

I had a coupon for Healthy car service. I was in and out in no time. Friendly and courteous.

They looked at my car and let me know that my tire was not reparable. They did not charge me for looking at my car and they weren’t pushy when I declined to buy tires from them.

The service dept is exceptional. They are orofessional and kind. I appreciate their abilities.

I came in (with no appointment) first thing on a Monday to get a new battery for my truck. Upon testing the battery the staff explained that it was still in good shape and could wait a while longer. This was after ANOTHER shop (out of town) had recommended the battery be replaced. Thank you for your service

Love my experience everytime I go to them. Will be returning to them tomorrow to fix a problem they noticed with my trailblazer. Love that we can sit, sip some coffee or soda and watch them do what they do best!!!
