Grateful to have such a great experience for repair and tire replacement!!!

Brandi provided an excellent experience. I phoned the day prior as I am a new customer and wanted to get an idea of what time would be good, or if they took appointments. Brandi explained things clearly and gave me an indication of what would be a good time to come in. I came in a bit early (before open). Brandi greeted me at my car and explained what to expect. The crew did an excellent job with my oil change. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. It was a positive new customer experience.

Great experience.It was late in the afternoon took my car in Fast ...for rotation and oil change as if I had an appointment! I will recommend to all my friends and family. GREAT BUSINESS JOE! Your crew has your back!

I was very pleased with how quickly my service was performed. Everything was outstanding, I told the manager how clean it was in the store that I had never been to tire shop that was as clean as that one. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. I will never take my car to another tire shop but that one. My car rides smooth like I just drove it off of the lot.

I did early drop off using the drop box so I did not check the "all that occurred during your visit" options. I dealt with Jason the manager who called at every step of the process, get me different scenarios and options and was generally a pleasure to deal with. I hate bringing my car in to be serviced and your team made it painless. Thank you!

I had never met any of the employees or owners before I went to the store, but as soon as I walked in they greeted me like an old friend. They gave expert and timely service, were polite about everything, and did not try to force me into buying anything. Great place to go.

I know this store is without a manager now but Toby seems to be better at running the service than the former manager. He is knowledgeable and keeps you updated on the progress of your service.

I was very satisfied with Big O Tires on memorial n murfreesboro Tn. I got new tires n alignment last wed , n took it back yesterday because of a knocking noise . they got me right in n redid alligment n also plugged a tire that had a screw n it. Thank u Jason n Brandi for helping me out n spending all that time on my truck to make sure I was safe driving. Yall are awsome. I recommend all my friends to come c yall!!

I have even recommended Big O to my son who was in town from Chicago. He really appreciated the friendliness, efficiency, and convenience of this place. He would rather get his work done when he is not in the big city! We take all of our cars to be serviced here for the same reasons!

I had just went to the Ford Quick Lane Service Center and was told I needed brand new tires, a battery and a $215 alignment to my car. I had just bought tires and a battery the year prior and was taken aback by the expense of the alignment. I decided to call Big O' Tires and they fixed my alignment, assured me that my battery and tires had plenty of life in them, charged me half the price and made me feel so much better! I highly recommend Big O' Tires to everyone!! They will give you an honest answer!!
