Having car troubles can be so inconvenient and frustrating. Good thing for Big O, the customer service and knowledgeable staff make us feel comfortable every time. I love that they greet you In the parking lot, makes a hectic situation better by having someone that cares and is right there to diagnose and help!

It was a pleasure meeting the staff and getting my new 1994 Ford F-150 serviced for the first time at your store. Granted this old truck needed a little love and care after 221,000 miles of service your staff went through a multi point inspection and made several recommendations, all of which I agreed to having the service work to proceed. The new tires ride great and I'm pleased with the appearance. I do have one concern with the new steering gear box that was replaced. I was told to drive the truck a few days to see if the noise subsides when turning the steering wheel. I plan on returning the truck to further check on this condition, but other that this I am totally satisfied with my service experience with Big "O" Tire.

The store at 3307 Memorial Blvd Mugfersboro, Tn did a excellent job having my new tire put on in a estimated 20 minutes!! Jason Albertson greeted me in the store and was very professional thanks for getting me to my family's shrimp broil on time you guys rock!!! I will be back for my other three tires next month!!!!!!

Love this place. Everyone there is great and they always get me in and out even having to order my filter.

I shopped around for the best deal and the sale on my brand and size sealed the deal. Very impressed with the personnel at the store.

The two individuals who work / manage this location are always incredibly helpful & hardworking. As I sat in the customer waiting area, I observed the two of them diligently work through problems that had come up, answer the telephone, greet the new customers, as well as keep all of us in the lobby informed as to what the hold up was or what the status of our vehicle was. They both certainly had a lot going on & not once did it become a hostile or "stressed" environment like you may find at many competitors in the Middle Tennessee area. I respect that about them and I will continue to bring my vehicles, money, and support to this location. Thanks!

Everyone treated me well

Went in to get a tire rotation on tires that weren't purchased at Big 10. The lady at the desk was very courtious. She got me in promptly & the job was finished in about 15 minutes. When I went to pay. She said there'd be no charge. A big but nice surprise. I plan to return for my next oil change. Thanks Big 10 Tire.

Brandy and Jason are really super nice and have looked out for me when I bring in any of my cars for service. They look for ways to save me some money, which is rear indeed in the auto service industry. As Arnold said "I'll be Back."
