Honest and fair. I have already recommended. We have 7 trucks in our Knoxville fleet and will only use Big O for our maintenance.

I came in for a tire repair and was given prompt and friendly service. If the restroom were clean, I'd write a better review, but it was bad enough that I was afraid to touch anything. No one talked to me about products.

I have been a customer of big O tires for years and they never let me down, they always have what I need with fair prices and it doesn’t take a long time at all. Any problem I have I go to them. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are there to help the customers. I will never go anywhere else but big o tires.

Tim and Franklin are awesome!! The BEST customer service. They performed a warranty alignment on my car and repaired a tire for my boyfriend on his car. They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. We were treated so well we will definitely be back and refer people here. Absolutely happy with the service and treatment.

I walked in to have my tires (which I purchased at this location) rotated and balanced. The attendant was very knowledgeable and very courteous. The location was very clean. It makes you feel very comfortable to see a place of business this clean in these times. The rotation was done in no time and I was on my way. Thanks, Big O.

good price, great service

We had a blow out on our trailer and we showed up at 8am on Saturday they got us right in changed it for us and back on the road in less than a hour, absolutely perfect service and great customer service by the guys in the office and shop.

They went above anything I could have hoped for. Everyone that worked on my car was very helpful and they stayed over to make sure my car was done and I was happy. I felt bad for them having to stay, but they were great. Thank you to the whole crew at Big O Tire in Farragut. You are the bomb.

Friendly and professional

Did not know what to expect when I stopped in, but was greeted by Michael, who handled my entire service experience. He gave me different options for the tires, and then set me up with a Big O card. He did a fantastic job, and got me everything I wanted, at a good price.

Michael is a nice and helpful guy. I like his attitude and friendliness.

I now have 5 vehicles, if i can't do the work myself or just don't want to, every car will be brought to Big O Tires for service. Thanks Tim and crew.

I bought a set of tires in July 2020 very satisfied with the ride they gave plus travel across country to Wyoming and stop in at Big O and ha a oil change in a August 2020 I live in Knoxville TN and just got another oil change and tire rotation done my son in Wyoming also goes to Big O and is very satisfied my other son is going to need tires soon I have already told him about Big O so I feel he will also make a purchase Thanks Big O for your service.
