Big O Tires

I've been going to Big O since they came to Knoxville and have several things done to my vehicle including regular maintenance and tires.etc. Have and will recommend them

The staff here is wonderful and so kind to both young and old! The environment is great and so helpful there and the staff always knows our family as soon as we pull up.

Great service and quick, also they took me to work and drive my car back to station to do new tires.

First to start with the associate that I was working with and his name is Michael Smith, I would like to say he is very professional, very understanding, also customer oriented. He gets the job done in a timely manner but yet so efficient. He also expressed to me about his passion for his job and it shows. The man that was working in the bay I didn’t catch his name but he also was efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this location and brand to any of my family and friends that are having regular maintenance or car trouble.

I could do without getting 20 surveys for the same site visit

When I showed up their were a few people already there, I was told it wouldn't be long till they got to my vehicle. I noticed it was clean, and the staff was friendly, I was able to schedule a day ahead. I was in and out with no problems.

Bathroom could use some attention more often

Promo service for my tire rotation. I had previously purchased the tires at Big O. I commented that I had a problem with my radio and suspected a fuse. They checked it out and changed it for me at no charge! Very pleased!

As a female, I felt I was not be taken advantage of and they were honest with me about my repairs.

I scheduled an appointment. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. I was greeted when I entered, my car was taken back promptly, and the service was completed quickly.

They did an excellent job. Used torque wrench to properly tighten wheels.

Tim Gorman was very accommodating and very knowledgeable in the products and services. I am very satisfied with th3 entire visit. I highly recommend this shop.
