Very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was done quickly and they noticed another problem my car was having and gave me a quote on repairs.

I called to check the price of tires and they had to be ordered. The staff was great and clearly stated when the tires would be delivered to them. They called as soon as the tires were delivered and told me I could come in the same day to install the tires. While there, the staff checked the alignment on my car and explained to me that it needed an alignment. From the time I arrived to the time I left all of the staff members I spoke to was very helpful and respectful. They clearly stated the final price of my bill. I will defiantly be returning to this location and will be recommending this business to family and friends! Thank you all for making my visit great.

My truck's alignment was way out of adjustment. Had to practically wrestle the steering to keep it straight. Big O's did a fantastic job getting it back in adjustment. It now handles like it was factory new. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Only real complaint is the time it took to service. But I rather have a thorough and detailed service versus a fast one. Thanks again!

Interesting story here. I called Cedar Bluff and was told they didn't have the tire i wanted and it wasn't in the warehouse. I decided to call the Farragut location and was told my Michael they didn't have my tire in stock but could get it from the warehouse within the hour, which they did. Everyone at the Farragut location was great! I believe the woman's name was Kim. She was very helpful. There's also an older gent with blondish hair. Kuddos to him as well and the tech that actually mounted my tires and checked my alignment. He deserved the tip I gave him. They all deserve a raise!!!

Everything was easy and done online. You guys had the best promos and it was just a smooth process. I had my appointment time wrong and they got me in right away, I was 45 mins early. I did not ask the clerk for any tire help or advice. All product was researched and purchased on my own ahead of time thru your website.
