Big O Tires

Man, someone finally decided to bring Tim back. I was skeptical returning back to Big O due to Tim leaving. Already set an appointment with the dealer for later that week. Thought I'd stop and have Turbo check out my SUV. To my surprise Tim met me at the door. What a stupid business decision trying to replace Tim. Donnie W

The guys at this location are amazing! My car was at the dealer with a problem that was unbelievable. I took the picture over to Big o's because I trust them to be honest with me. He knew exactly what he was looking at, called ordered the part, gave me the number to have my car towed this was all after 5 and my car was repaired and ready to go Thursday by 11. The dealer was much more expensive and the car would not have been ready until Saturday--I was AMAZED!!!!! Great job Tim and staff! I never use anyone but these guys!!!

Tim was extremely nice and even pulled my car into the garage so I didn’t have to run out in the rain! Excellent customer service!!

The customer service and facilities were excellent. However, from the time I picked my tires and was given a price, it took 2 and a half hours to do the inspection, change my tires, and pay. That is a long wait with no updates or timeframe given to let me know it was gonna take that long. Especially given I was one of only 3 people currently in shop

The only issue was the pushy sales. I really only needed 2 tires, but was pushed into buying 4.

I've been going to big o since they opened here and have numerous things done to my vehicle and the associates have been very knowledgeable and confident and I have already recommended them to co-workers friends and family. I will continue to use big o for my vehicle repairs etc

I was told last time that the hole for one of the studs on the front passenger hub assembly is stripped. Unlikely. I had just replaced the brakes myself a week or two prior. I think someone broke it at the shop but I have no way of proving it and don't have the knowledge to understand what they were telling me. These things don't break themselves and it's only a 3 year old Toyota. There was no offer to cover labor or anything. Just a $500 repair out of nowhere. They offered maybe $50 or something. I expected more based upon my perspective as a customer. This trip was okay but I almost didn't come

Price and ease of the process.

Glad to see that the former manager "Tim" back in charge at this location. He is very customer oriented and his employees appear to respect him. Good move.
