I called on a Thursday and asked if they could fit me in for my services on that Monday as I had an opening in my crazy schedule- they got me the appointment I needed and it was done same day. I’m very thankful

They did a good job but I was told I could have gotten a cheaper price for what they did. They even gave me a discount for what I had done and I was told they would have done it for a cheaper price with no discounts.

Firstly, Tyler offered a free oil change for Mother's Day and my Jeep was due (lucky me!). I have been using Midas for years and appreciate the personable staff. Never once have I been mansplained to, which certainly happens a lot! And they generally look for coupons for me to save on whatever service I getting done.

Staff were very nice, informative and helpful.

Got my brakes done on my 370Z. No more squealing and the car stops great so far. Prices were reasonable compared to a dealer. I would recommend. Staff is pretty chill and knowledgeable.

I wish I remembered the gentleman’s names that worked on 11/4 at the front desk. He was very nice and welcoming. All the staff seemed happy to work there which is a nice experience especially when you have to wait for your car to be serviced. I felt comfortable to come again.
