Had issues with service and conduct at southington midas location..after many attempts to get some help with this issue I give up..no more calls or emails being returned to me..Im very disappointed with my service and lack of importance for my issue

Horrible Experience. Job took 24 minutes and charged me 2.5 hours of labor. In hindsight told me that if the job took faster time price would be adjusted but after I signed it he holded that against me telling me thats the business very upset and dissatisf

Bad customer service and very unprofessional! Had AC checked...replaced part they said and ended up being something else. However, $600 later we still have no AC. Manager yelled at me on the phone. My husband went back in a few months later b/c we were still trying to get our diagnostic fee refunded (despite sign saying FREE w/no fine print) and the manager kept bashing me to him! And after having my husband run around getting receipts saying he would work with us..he wouldn't even look at them.
