Awful customer service. Lied about my tire rotation until he was paid THEN said oh he didn't do it and made up some story when I insisted he outright refused and got disrespectful

I have always experienced friendly and helpful counter staff at this Midas and felt that I was being advised honestly. Although I find Midas pricing to be on the high side, I am willing to pay a premium for reliable and honest service and for the the labor entailed.

Jim was incredibly helpful! He communicated before the shop even opened once he noticed my car in the lot. He was very personable, friendly, and clear and concise in explaining everything. I greatly appreciated my experience at Midas because of him! Additionally, I didn’t have to wait long for my car to be fixed and returned to me.
