Hi Angel.w I'm writing to make a complain against Davis Jovan that works on Midas on New Britain Avenue 1st of all he came Late Dan he started talking for like a good 15 minutes i ask asked him to give me my key that I would go take it somewhere else an

I had a really bad experience with Midas previously! But I took a chance on them again and they exceeded my expectations, took the time to communicate and be transparent with the work being done and what else was needed.

They open the doors @ 7:30 but they don't service you until 8:30. I went in for a emissions test early in the morning and was waiting in the front desk for about 20 minutes. They saw me standing there waiting for service and the employees kept talking to e

the job on my car was done in a reasonable amount of time considering I did not have an appointment scheduled nor did I call ahead of time. The receptionist Maya was very polite * outgoing not only to me but other customers as well. The over all experience

I will not bring it in they charge you money and do not change the parts on your veichle they should be close down out of business.I thonk that they lie to you call an attorney.

This was the 3rd time I've had Midas do my oil change ( I used to have it done at Sears but they became too slow and indifferent ....2* hours for an oil change is unacceptable) This last time I was seen within 25 minutes and my car was done 45 minutes afte

Jose the manager is very nice. Dont bother trying to make an appointment on-line- they dint Really do that always very busy. Generally you will have to wait for service.

Quick and good service

Staff are s always great but the gentleman doing the oil change wasn?t really knowledgeable on many things.
