I have been going to this specific location for many years, and I have always been treated with professionalism. The entire crew are kind and friendly. My wait time is usually minimal, unless I have an emergency and drops in without an appointment. With that they are always very accommodating. I’m never turned away. The cost is usually within my budget.

I was pleased with the service. My exhaust pipe broke on Sunday. I submitted online to make an appointment for Monday morning. I heard back Monday morning when they opened. I went there and they fixed the pipe. My car is quiet again.

Tat and Lance are highly professional. They explained everything and are always very courteous. They are punctual with readiness of my appointment and exactly finish on time promised. I would highly recommend their services to my neighbors.

I have been a Midas customer approximately 10 years. Previously going to local mechanics in Queens NY. Can't remember why I choose Midas initially. Over the years I have gotten to know Lance the manager, Tat the assistant / head mechanic. We are on a first name basis. Have had many repairs with many different cars. ALWAY felt like I was getting a true and fair estimate from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Scheduling an appointment is never an issue. Will continue to patronize the Mineola location even through they are in a different county approximately 20 miles from my home. Great friendly service is hard to find.
