Arrived to make appointment for later in week. The lead service person thought they could fit me in immediately. They reviewed my requested service on the SUV and gave me a clear estimate of vehicle condition and what needed to be done immediately with cost and an estimate for completion. Then reviewed of some items that could wait for future work with clear additional cost. After review I decided to get all the recommended work done immediately so not have to bring vehicle back on another day. Was very happy with clear recommendations with costs and estimate. They felt they could complete within 90 minutes and I was out of the shop with all my repairs complete within 2 hours of when I first walked in to make appointment. So I was treated fairly, I understood what needed to be done short and long term, and was happy with feel of SUV on drive home. So successful visit, I can highly recommend and will return when I need additional service

Jason is the best! His customer service skills are one of the reasons I always come to this location. He is upfront and honest. He tells what needs to be done and in what order. I?m just extremely grateful for his great service.

My car broke down a block away from the shop. Milton sent over an associate who was able to jump my car so I could drive it to the shop instead of waiting 3hrs for a tow. Manager was very friendly and took time to review the what upkeeps were needed after inspection. Also the mechanic thoroughly check the auto all over after doing the oil change. This is why I come back to this Midas for auto upkeep.

Midas as always did an excellent job with my service issues. The manager was very attentive and gave good feedback on the service that was performed. The overall cost was also within my budget.

We were about to travel to Virginia later that evening when I noticed the car inspection had expired. It's not the care I usually drive). I called Jeff and explained the situation nd he got us in and got the inspection done. Not many places would have cared. We take all 4 of our cars there and have always been treated well. Great job by all.
