Mike and his crew are always very friendly and helpful in servicing my vehicles. They have always explained the problems to me and even shown me exactly what they are talking about so that I can make an educated decision for the servicing of my vehicles. I can't thank them enough for how they are always willing and able to get me in even on short notice, and by giving me their honest opinion on what would be best for the cars.

My survey response is based on the worked done on my Son's Jeep... He had a bad exhaust rattle, he took it to his regular garage, who intern sent him to Mike & his crew @ Danbury Midas... No scheduled appointment, out of the clear blue, was told if you can leave it they'd squeeze it in... He also asked if they had the time to check the e-brake cables...Dropped off around 11:00am, byt 3:00pm, rattle was fixed, e-brake cables replaced, all at a VERY reasonable price, to mention again, NO appointment!!! I'm a driver for NAPA, so I know the guys, they're great! My son & I will be coming back as the need arises...
