Everything was done well. The oil filter which had been improperly overtightened by Toyota service during the last oil change took considerable effort to remove, but Midas was able to do it without damaging it.

The store manager and staff highly accommodating, courteous and professional. Never felt they were attempting to add other services not actually warranted. Have been a local customer to this particular shop for almost 15/20 years now.
