I recenlty had a car problem and i didnt have much they still managed to repair the part that was broken and help me save money and the customer service was outstanding

I made an appointment on line and within like 15 minutes I received a call from one of the reps asking questions about the service I needed. I got in the same day and although I had to wait for my car to be serviced it was worth the wait. It was a big job changing brakes and rotors and a caliper was frozen, thank goodness they were able to unfreeze it because that was another added expense. The entire team was super friendly and helpful. Good thing that they had finance options and I was able to apply and used it to pay for the service. Super clean facilities.

I'm not someone who knows much about cars so it was really helpful to have someone sit down with me and explain exactly what's going on and give their honest recommendations. Great experience

I originally brought my Hyundai to the dealership I bought it from after an emergency breakdown and was told I wouldn’t be seen that day and there was no telling when they could help me. Mike at Midas was available to help me right away, took my car, and it was ready within 2-3 hours. He was also very respectful and kind to me, which is not always something you find as a woman at a car servicing business. My car is perfect now. I’m extremely happy with Midas’ service!

The team at Midas Danbury did a great job replacing my rear shocks. Job was done in less than a hour and I had a pleasant and clean waiting room to wait in. On departure the difference in my car was very noticeable. I highly recommend this shop
