Jim was very kind and informative, there was many mechanics working on my car which made me feel secure in knowing they’re working swiftly and accurately. If one person missed something there was at least 2 other people to point it out, my car’s alignment was incredibly misaligned so they made sure it was fully fixed multiple times.
