I was in and out with great customer service

My experience with Midas in Columbia, SC, is always an excellent one. The staff is professional and friendly. I will continue going to this store because my car has a number of problems and as an elderly female the staff makes me feel comfortable about what needs to be done.

Was in my way out of town and my tire pressure light came on. They were busy however managed to squeeze me in. I was in and out less than one hour. Service was excellent and employees are super friendly.

I got a new to me car that I really love and want to keep for a long time. The svc mgr understands that and explains why the service was recommended and even went online to see what was done in the past to make recommendations. I really feel that I can trust this company to not just make recommendations for the money but for the customer and their goals. That is something that is very important to me
