My highly satisfied experience is based on the fact that I did not encounter any problems from scheduling an appointment, no waiting when I arrived, professional service rendered, and not being pressured into buying/purchasing other services that I did not have in have a budget for. Customer service was second to no other services received from other businesses that I have dealt with.

My experience with Midas in Columbia, SC, is always an excellent one. The staff is professional and friendly. I will continue going to this store because my car has a number of problems and as an elderly female the staff makes me feel comfortable about what needs to be done.

Midas at Decker Blvd gives excellent service. Makes you feel like family! Very respectful! Trust them with my car. Always looking out for your best and let's you know what's needed to fix on your car before you leave.
