Always great and friendly service!

I was there for 4 hours and saw 5 clients with appointments turned away while they just merely forgot about me! I had to raise my voice and demand attention! 1 customer took off work for his appointment and they claimed they were too busy! They perform quality work but their attention to expedite services SUCKS!!!!

I don’t know who hired Jack as the manager but they made a great decision! He is a professional who knows how to talk to a customer. Knows his business. Can answer the phone and still handle an in person customer. Explains in detail any question you might have. It was a treat to watch him handle his job.

My highly satisfied experience is based on the fact that I did not encounter any problems from scheduling an appointment, no waiting when I arrived, professional service rendered, and not being pressured into buying/purchasing other services that I did not have in have a budget for. Customer service was second to no other services received from other businesses that I have dealt with.
