Very clean environment

The scheduling was easy. The workers were professional and friendly. The environment felt safe and everyone that i communicated with was very knowledgeable. The wait time was very short. I will be returning. The price was fantastic!!!!

I was early for the appointment, another person “walked in” about the same time. They made sure I was taken care of first because I had an appointment. My car was in bay closest to seating and they were thorough and efficient. Had me out of there in no time!

I was there for 4 hours and saw 5 clients with appointments turned away while they just merely forgot about me! I had to raise my voice and demand attention! 1 customer took off work for his appointment and they claimed they were too busy! They perform quality work but their attention to expedite services SUCKS!!!!

I don’t know who hired Jack as the manager but they made a great decision! He is a professional who knows how to talk to a customer. Knows his business. Can answer the phone and still handle an in person customer. Explains in detail any question you might have. It was a treat to watch him handle his job.

This is the only Midas I go to here in Columbia. From day one they have been vary nice and welcoming. They also work with you and try to help. The staff is great. Chase and Mr.Warran are the best. I would most definitely recommend them for Any of your car
