"Had an oil change back in December and 7 weeks later my oil change plug worked itself loose, thus causing all of my oil to leak out making my engine to lock up. $4600 in repairs and the idiot management staff did not want to take responsibility!! Karma wil"

Mike was incredibly kind and thorough in understanding the services needed and performed and more info on my vehicle too. If they had more time options available and a bit better priced to this location I would have considered purchasing these as well.

I am a previous customer of a Midas in Augusta Georgia, so when I moved to Huntsville, I decided to try the company here. I have not been disappointed. My first experience was with Amber a previous employee , and she never disappoints you , if you were lucky enough to have met her , she will be missed. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike , he’s very experienced and he’ll let you know that too . He was friendly and informative and told me about me needing brakes very soon, he also printed out the estimate. I will be returning, thank you Midas , previous and current employees.

I knew that something was wrong with my car for a long time, but the dealership told me everything was fine. Then my engine started having problems, and I was told I needed a whole new engine. I was skeptical, and Midas was able to find the cause of my engine problems and get them fixed, along with the 100 other things that were wrong with my car. My car has never run so smoothly the entire time I've owned it.
