Great customer service!

My brakes were in very rough shape and we were ready to head out of town to Florida so I was thrilled to be able to get in for an appointment and have the servicing done.

They were very quick and had excellent customer service.

Customer care was excellent. Information was relayed promptly. Workers were serious about their work, no horseplay or joking was going on. I could tell they were big on being professional and getting the job done so they could move on to the next job.

Matt always recognize me when I come in and gets to me right away, he is so respectful and always gives me advice about deals that they have, I remember one time I came in to get a brake light changed and he sent someone out right away and after the guy finished, he ok James have a great day and don’t worry about the charge and I almost lost my breath because no on has ever treated me that great

Very detailed in the services and explain to me why I needed the services as well. They made sure I drove away safely and that’s the most important reason why I like coming to that Midas. Despite how long it took for the services to be done.
