I was in an accident and needed work on my front end. I scheduled my appointment at Midas on capital with ease. Not so easy with other shops, and they had same day service. Brandin was at the front desk and welcomed me. I explained what I needed and he consulted with Ray their head mechanic on duty who immediately advised me of an issue with my vehicle that had not been been aware of. Doing so saved me a lot of time and money. They fixed my issues same day and had me out the door with a quickness. I was surprised and elated at their candor and excellent customer service! They explained everything step by step including pricing in depth prior to servicing my car. They also followed up with me by text to make sure their work was done right! I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and this shop and their employees exemplify excellence and pride in their work. I will ll tell everyone I know to use their services.
