The general manager, Jay Acevedo, was wonderful. He had a great personality whether on the phone or in person. During the tire rotation, it was they discovered that I needed rear brake pads. Jay showed me the wear which I appreciated so I could see for myself the wear and need for the brake pads and no rotor damage. Jay called me and all the other customers by name which made that very personal. I was overall very satisfied with the service rendered and would definitely return to this business for services needed.

From start to finish my experience was great. The sales associate explained to me well on what i needed and went over pricing in a detailed manner.Only thing I recommend is to have complintary water for clients waiting with vehicle

Jay was the service advisor. turns out we needed rear pads, rotors, shocks. Jay explained the problem, had us wait while NAPA delivered parts in about an hour, and installed the parts on the same day. Our car rides very smoothly and braking seems very good now. WE also had synthetic oil change so air filter, serpentine belt battery was also checked. Jay explained each step of the way, alternatives and costs.

Counter employee (Jairo) was very friendly , explained the repairs and helped to find me a discount on the work that was performed. Was honest and up front with what service needed to be completed.
