I was highly satisfied with the men at the front counter. I was not satisfied with the fact I had to pay labor costs for the time spent correcting the mistake of the parts company. They delivered the wrong part and I waited another 2 hours for the part to be delivered and was charged labor for the time I had to wait when the mechanic worked on other cars. Did not seem right. Makes Midas seem a little greedy.

I always take my vehicles here. They are very professional & honest. Won't go anywhere else.

Jay was great explaining all the charges. Not happy I am being charged for a suv when They never charged me before. I might have to go to another Midas location after 3 years with them.

People were very nice and got me in and out quickly WITHOUT trying to sell me services I did not need. Will definitely go back for next oil change
