I brought my truck in for a state inspection. During the inspection it was discovered I had a bad tire rod. Both the manager and mechanic were very helpful and explained everything to me and showed me the issue. The service was completed quickly and my truck drives good as new.

I appreciate when I get work done on my vehicle not being talked down to for being a female, I am a little car savy, and sometimes car experiences are not so great, this staff was awesome.

Went in for a brake check my steering wheel shook when braking at high speeds. I ended up having a lot of issues but they took care of the problems within a couple of hours. My next long road trip I felt very safe! Will go back again.

VA Beach BLVD location = Lance, Jon, AJ plus other technicians there were professional and courteous....seemed sincerely concerned with doing the Best possible job ..... and they did !!! Wouldn't take my Chevy Colorado any where else !!!
