I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their communication. There was a wait for my parts to be delivered but they explained this to me and were very apologetic about the time the delivery driver took.

I made an appointment for 12pm and I arrived at 11:50. Went inside and my vehicle was in the bay by 12pm. I only had to wait an 1 hour which wasn't that bad for a car repair shop. That's why Midas has been my repair shop for almost 4 years now.

Being the end of the month, inspections are hard to get as a walk in. And they were able to get me in same day and I was out within the hour. Being my car is my income I was very relieved to have my inspection completed.

Arrived just before noon and service was fast.

The individual at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problems. The mechanic who performed the work is efficient and does exceptional work.
