Great customer service

Needed a new exhaust manifold. Researched online what the cost range should be and they were in the middle. They were bust but I dropped off the vehicle and they are done by late afternoon.

I came in without an appointment and was able to be served, not quickly, but reasonably quick.

Service management was very helpful with my request and vehicle service needed. Will return later for additional help.

Doug gives great customer service! He’s friendly and explains in detail. The others at the desk are very nice, too, but Doug’s my man! Peter is also the Bomb! I always want him to work in my car because he just knows what to do!

Midas guys recommended a stellar towing service to get our vehicle to them and quickly diagnosed the problem.

The problem was not solved. I still have the warning light which turn on as soon as the speed reach 40 mph...

The desk/schedulers are very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. While I don't ever interact with the mechanical/professionals, their opinions are transmitted via the desk staff and the mechanics bring up thoughtful topics and shows me that they are super smart and great at what they do. I've been going here for years...Love it!

So easy, so affordable. Very practical recommendations for budget-conscientious drivers. The advisors have repeatedly beat other shops on price and speed. It’s out of the way but I’ll keep coming here first for all future work based on past experience, especially this last time.
