I recently replaced all of my tires on my utility truck. I appreciate the excellent service I can always count on. They respect your time so they are fast and efficient. Their knowledge is welcomed as they take time to explain the differences in tires. My new tires make me feel a lot safer and my truck drives so much better.

I checked with four other places for tires. Big O Tires had the best prices and was very helpful on making sure I got the right tires for my vehicle. Made me feel like I was at the right place.

We stored an old riding lawnmower for 12 years and it had for flat tires. As it was to be moved off the property we needed to get it rolling. The clerk at Big-O said he could just put in tubes for 20 bucks a pop! My husband had inquired at another local tires shop what four new tires would be - over 200 bucks and they'd have to order them in! While Big-O only had two in stock, they suggested we put tubes in all four for a fraction of the cost! What a godsend and another wonderful experience from the guys at Big-O! Thank you!

About a month ago (8/10/18) I was traveling from Medford to Eugene and stopped for lunch in Roseburg. Returned to the car and found a flat front tire. After taking a deep breath realized there was a Big O Tires nearby and walked over. Explained the situation. The Assistant Manager and Staff immediately jumped in to help me alongside having a crowded lobby of customers. They filled up my tire with just enough air to roll over...then patched up the tire where a screw punctured through. In addition to the friendly and swift help, they offered the repair for free. Wow! I paid them in gratitude. Very grateful to get out of the smoke and reassured the journey would be safe. Thanks Again!!

They have a good reputation in Roseburg for being a fair business and good at helping people with their tire needs.

Every time I go to big o. They are straight forward on things and fair on there prices. They listen to what you half to say and will make recommendations with out trying to sell you stuff you dont need right away. They also will shuttle you around town if you vehicle is going to take longer than you have time for.

They are very helpful, the wait is isn't that long. I waited only 15 mins for balancing my tires because of a wheel wait fell off.

I looked around at other tire dealers just to compare and Big-O had the best price and warranty on their brand, even covering sidewall repair! That is unheard of. Been going there for years, have all our service done there, love the staff! Great job!

I went in due to a right-side pull and an alignment that wouldn't stay within specs. Eddie, the alignment tech in Roseburg, OR did a great job.
