Big O Tires

I would say that the last 3 times we have had a vehicle in to get tires rotated they have not put a new sticker on the windshield. They are helpful reminder of when we need to get tires rotated.

They are just always on top of things. Wait times can be long so we make adjustments for that and this trip they forgot to adjust air in rear tires so we had to go back.

I got price quotes (in person) from Les Schwab, tire pros, Costco, tire monkies and Big O was lowest. Walmart beat the price but I didn't want to drive 50 miles on small spare.

Chad Schweizer greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, asked what he could do for me, then walked out to my vehicle to talk about my needs. He gave me some professional advise, his recommendations, and provided me with a few options. After speaking with him, it was evident that he had an eye for what would look good on my vehicle as well as what would meet my needs provide me with the best ride.
