Big O Tires

hen my truck needed new tires, just before a trip to see family, not only did I get the needed tires, I was able to leave and make the trip even though the bank had a security breach and my card was unusable. Chris allowed me to get the issue worked out with the bank after the weekend. It was a blessing, plus gave me some faith back in humanity that not everything was just about money. Thank you Chris Boice.

The time Dallas and Chad spent working with me. They also offered to come to my home and put the spare on if needed. Just great people.

I had just gotten off work at the hospital and heard a loud theump theump theump - weird looks from other drivers, so I pulled over and saw a huge bolt including the washer embedded into my front right tire, I immediately drove over to Big-O and the customer service was wonderful! Even though it was less than a 1/2 hr till their closing time, the mechanics took the time to check all four tires and fixed the popped one in jig time! All at NO CHARGE!!! I will be in need of new tires soon and with that kind of response time, you bet I'll be heading their way because that is GREAT customer service! Thanks again! You saved my evening!

I use to go to Les Schwab, but now go to big o because they are quick honest and fair. They provide good tires and services at a good price and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Big o tires in Roseburg Oregon gives you that kinda service that a mom and pop businesses gives you.

I had called around looking for tires for my trailer, and they offered a better product for a better price than other places in town. They were very fast at the installation, so I was in and out quickly, which was important since I showed up right after a long day of work.

Walked in to set up appointment, knowing how busy and popular they are, and was informed they could get me in that day. In and out in 20 minutes. Best of all, no charge for tire rotation. Wife and I have only used Big O for our cars over past 6 years! Don't need anybody else.

Both batteries on my work truck went out at the same time (7 years old) and the team at Big-O were quick and efficient in getting the batteries for me. Therefore, we had minimal down time for the work day. Great job!
