Amazed how quick they got me in on such a busy day. And how quickly I was back on the road.

I have used Big O Tires for twenty years for all my vehicles.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable, amd efficient. They took the time to tell me what was wrong with the car, how much it would cost and then even drove me and my 16 month old off at my house and picked me back up later. Great customer service!

Tires rotated quickly while I was shopping one morning.

Chad Schweizer was able to order my tires and have them arrive ASAP and got me scheduled immediately. They thought they could just turn my rotors, but after inspection, called to let me know my best and safest option was to replace them and because I’ve been a Mercy employee for 12+ years, my discount would help offset the price jump.

My tires felt like they where hugging the road. I could let go of the steering wheel for a couple of seconds and the car stayed straight as an arrow. I was told the job would take about an hour to an hour and a half, but I got a call within less then a hour that my car was done. Thank you.

My check tires light came on and I went straight to Big O, they filled them up with air and I was on my way. No fuss, no muss! Love these guys, they've always treated my well.

Overall they’re just fantastic servicemen who enjoy doing their job in helping people with their vehicles.
