Big O Tires

Went in late on a Thursday for front end inspection, needed new tires and my front end rebuilt on my 4 wheel drive GMC Sierra.I brought back the truck the followingmorning at 10 am, had it back by 6pm, four new tires, the front end rebuilt and aligned. Great Service!

I ended up getting a flat near Big O Tires and they were able to help change my flat and get my vehicle in quickly for other services. They were efficient, professional, timely, accommodating, and kind.

Came in to rotate my new tires. They got onit as sonn as was possible, and I was on my way.

Customer service was amazing and very helpful.

Switched from Les Schwab over a year ago and love their service and selection of tire brands. This store is also very involved in the local community. Complimentary rotations are much appreciated!

They were very friendly, knowledgeable, amd efficient. They took the time to tell me what was wrong with the car, how much it would cost and then even drove me and my 16 month old off at my house and picked me back up later. Great customer service!

Chad Schweizer was able to order my tires and have them arrive ASAP and got me scheduled immediately. They thought they could just turn my rotors, but after inspection, called to let me know my best and safest option was to replace them and because I’ve been a Mercy employee for 12+ years, my discount would help offset the price jump.

My tires felt like they where hugging the road. I could let go of the steering wheel for a couple of seconds and the car stayed straight as an arrow. I was told the job would take about an hour to an hour and a half, but I got a call within less then a hour that my car was done. Thank you.
