Fast service, good customer service

I was approved for credit so that’s where I went.

They offered two types of tires for my Toyota, and explained the differences. Pleased with my choice.

The service was excellent. Chad is a very knowledgeable, and I feel, a valued member of your team.

Both of our cars have tires that we've purchased from Big O Tires, and the service we've received has been outstanding. For my RAV 4, I was able to find a quieter Michelin tire and I'm very happy with the results.

The tires I needed were in stock and they were installed quickly.

I can't explain how much I appreciate the guys at Big O'! They saved my life. I had recently had some custom work done on my truck and they noticed that a critical bolt on the steering system was never tightened up properly. I could have had a fatal crash with my kids in the truck. I can't thank them enough!

Had a tire going flat, was able to get to Big O and have them repair it was awesome. I am disabled and unable to change a flat. To my surprise they did not charge me a penny for their service. They have been very good to me, last month they checked my tires and brakes for free on my new vehicle. Such a great feeling to have such wonderful service!

The visit was great we went in didn't even know how much was going to be gave us a deal and we were out an hour and a half with tires great service

I noticed a noise from the right rear wheel area of our car and thought it might be brake or bearing related. They confirmed it sounded like a wheel bearing. It was ordered and installed under the time quoted.

I was treated respectfully. All employees were professional in appearance and manner.

My Lincoln Mark IV Pickup (which I treasure) needed tires so I went to BIG O (they're the only Tire Store I purchase from) and spoke to their Staff.I was given a fast and efficient quote, was able to get my NEW tires on, and was back on the road in a fastamount of time.BIG O IS THE BEST!!!!Not just for tires... but for quality in staff and service!!

I have done business with several tire places over the years, and have had one very difficult standard to live up to from my years in Texas.Something about service and hospitality in the South being an art form!I have to say that Big O in Roseburg has met that standard.I come in, state what I need, am properly informed and the service is promptly completed.I have not had one complaint.
