Big O Tires

I was in the parking lot when the store opened so I kinda met "them"� at the door. Quick easy and painless. The guys informed me that both air filters needed to be replaced and offered to do so. Greg had the tires transferred in earlier in the week and Michelle called me to let me know they were in. Nice job guys and gals!

I have always found the staff at Big O Tires in Roseburg to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain all services and answer questions. They have taken excellent care of any vehicle I have had serviced and also when I needed tires replaced. I trust them and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at their location.

I had my tires rotated prior to a trip out of state. A chrome hub came off somewhere on the trip. It was replaced with efficiency and expertise.

The tires were better than expected for such a good price. They look good and there is little to no road noise.
