Big-O was actually the third tire store I went to, the first made an appointment for me but didn't have the tires, I would have to wait another week for the tires. I had a piece of tread come off my tire & in looking at car the rest of tires were in really bad shape. When I stopped at Big-O, the sales guy was up front that they had to order the tires, but would have them in a couple days and they would get me in as soon as tires came in. They helped get me good tires for my budget and the tires were there within 2 days, they got me right in, and the price was exactly what they told me. I will be going to Big-O from now on!

Chad was very quick to diagnose that it was in fact my battery. Went over the battery size that was recommended and got my truck in very fast.

Great Staff at this location! Always friendly and fast. My only issue is the waiting room is slightly more comfortable than a bus stop. New seats are not that expensive.

The technicians explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I drove in needing air in my tire, they checked for leaks and it turns out I had wires showing on my tire. They had tires in stock and gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. Thank you so much for ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive for me and my daughter!

They were the only retailer in the area that offered mud terrain tires in the size that I needed and were able to get them in a few days. The service was fairly quick even with the other jobs ahead on us.

The crew was friendly, the store clean and the wait minimal (about an hour and a half) and the price I paid was right within my budget. I will definitely be back.

The only problem I had was I left a message for craig or greg (not sure what his name was) to call me back two times and never did. The good news was when I would talk to him, he was always more than helpful
