Big O Tires

From the moment I walked in to this store, I was horrified by how incompetent the staff was. I had an appointment to have 4 tires installed. They told me about 1.5 hours to do the work. After about 1.5 hours they called to say they didnt have the tires for my car. They then told me they had been selling a whole lot of this particular size of tires for a couple weeks, that was there pathetic excuse. The staff was rude and nobody seemed to know anything. I will never buy anything from this store.

I had just gotten off work at the hospital and heard a loud theump theump theump - weird looks from other drivers, so I pulled over and saw a huge bolt including the washer embedded into my front right tire, I immediately drove over to Big-O and the customer service was wonderful! Even though it was less than a 1/2 hr till their closing time, the mechanics took the time to check all four tires and fixed the popped one in jig time! All at NO CHARGE!!! I will be in need of new tires soon and with that kind of response time, you bet I'll be heading their way because that is GREAT customer service! Thanks again! You saved my evening!

I use to go to Les Schwab, but now go to big o because they are quick honest and fair. They provide good tires and services at a good price and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Big o tires in Roseburg Oregon gives you that kinda service that a mom and pop businesses gives you.

They told me about 1.5 hours to do the work. After about 1.5 hours they called to say they DIDNT have the right tires for my car (in that 1.5 NO ONE EVEN WENT OUT AND LOOKED AT MY CAR). The MANAGER told me they had been selling a whole lot of this particular size of tire for a couple of weeks, that was there pathetic excuse. I asked knowing you have been selling a lot of this tire why not order a couple of extra sets!!! His response was " they didn't want to order them, if they didn't sell they would be STUCK with them (THAT MADE NO SENSE)!! They told me they HAD A $900 SET OF TIRES THAT WOULD FIT MY CAR!!! What sence does that make.....being stuck with cheaper tires or more expensive tires....IT DOESN'T!!! THE STAFF FORM THE MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE...I WILL ALSO TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE

Walked in to set up appointment, knowing how busy and popular they are, and was informed they could get me in that day. In and out in 20 minutes. Best of all, no charge for tire rotation. Wife and I have only used Big O for our cars over past 6 years! Don't need anybody else.

Job got dragged out...too many times I look in the garage, and no one.s working on my truck. Didn't appreciate the price I was charged for parts ether. Oh yeah--truck still stalls and runs a little funny. I worked on the truck before and know it's not that tough to do what they did, and next time will do so... I don't feel I can trust you guys not to hose me for any future jobs on my 86 Ford...sorry!

Just needed my tires rotated and they got me right in and out in no time.Also checked my brakes and all was good to go.This is where I buy all my tires.

I have found Chris's team at Big O in Roseburg to be reliable and trustworthy. They know what they are doing and they provide great service. They have gone above and beyond what they had to several times for me. There have even been a couple of times when they told me I did not need a repair yet in an effort to try to save me money. They are my "go to" shop for my auto needs in Roseburg.

I live in Roseburg, Oregon and Big O Tires was my preferred tire shop. I have recently purchased tires from Big O tire and I am completely unsatisfied with the service. I went to the store for a quote and ordered tires. When ordering tire that they do not have in stock you must purchase before they will order. The employee assured me that they would have my tires the next day. Today is five days later and I still do not have my new tires. I have been assured daily that the tires will be in the next day and will be a priority because it has been 4 days past the time Big O Tires said it would be complete. Sincerely, unsatisfied costumer.

I would say that the last 3 times we have had a vehicle in to get tires rotated they have not put a new sticker on the windshield. They are helpful reminder of when we need to get tires rotated.

I went in to buy tires, bought two, asked that the spair get moved to the back left, after I left, got an error from tire pressure sensor, went back, guy told me he missed the sensor getting moved to spair location. Went back to get this resolved and Manager came out and I told him what happened, he refused to take fault and refused to swap rims and tires so sensor would work, now i have to pay someone else to remount and ballance two tires. Guess he was trying to get me to buy another new tire!

Got the tires I needed on schedule, with competitive pricing. I am also glad the big o guys do not come running at me like their competitor, that always puts me on the defensive. Great job Big O tires!

I bought a brand new set of tires from big o in February and one went flat you refused to honor a warranty on a tire that has only 4000 miles on it because you say it was ran flat I have already told many people not to shop Big O and I will tell everyone I know not to shop Big O

We came in to buy new tires for our truck. Big O gave us excellent customer service & care! We are very pleased with the quality & price we received on the tires!

Great experiences until our last visit.Called to make appointment to get tires rotated like we are suppose to do for the warranty and they said just stop in and they will rotate them, no appointment needed.Drove an hour to the store we bought tires from, which is nearest store to us and they tell us that is is going to be an hour before they can get to us since they were busy. So we walk to nearest store to kill time while we wait the hour for it to be out turn.come back a little over an hour later and our car has not moved.Go inside and talk to the man at the desk and he tells us it will be done in sixteen minutes.By this time it had already been an hour and five minutes.Have a seat in the waiting area and wait, and wait and wait.Twenty minutes after he tells us it would be done in sixteen minutes they pull it into the bay, but don't start on it for another ten minutes.It takes them five minutes to rotate the tires and bring the car out front.So from time we got there til the time it was done was an hour and forty minutes. If they would of let us make an appointment to have the rotation done then we wouldn't of had to be there an hour and forty minutes.We would of been there at our appointment time and done within ten minutes.Then to top the experience off, we get into the car that was parked in front of the main doors and at same time an employee gets into a very long pickup that was parked in the lot and backs out in front of us.He saw us getting into the car and getting ready to leave.He pulls around the parking lot to the other side of the building where the entrance to the bays are.This is the same way you have to go to leave the store and parking lot.Well the truck is too big to make the turn into the shop so after trying to get it into the bay for five minutes they leave it with more than half the truck sticking out of the bay.Well the truck was so long that it completely blocked the driveway so we couldn't get out.Employee comes out and tells us that we will have back up and go around the other way to get out.Would of been a little different if we came around the corner and saw the truck there and road blocked and had to turn around, but when the employee knew we were leaving and got in front of us in the truck and then ends up blocking the road that was not cool.He could of let us drive by him before he pulled out and then pulled out behind us. I need four new tires on my car and planned on buying from them as we have had good experiences with them up til now.I don't think I will be buying my tires there and will be paying hers off very soon so we don't have to go back there if this is how they are going to run things.

There customer service and care will have you coming back every time. No frustrated visits here. Great Service and products. I leave happy every visit.

I walked in there was two men there on the phone I waited and waited for at least 15 minutes before they waiting on me and then your prices was too much I thought too expensive to get my ball joints fixed .. Your customer service was horrible the guy that waited on me was not very happy ..

Always right on the money with their quick service.
