I came in close to the end of the day and they guys were busy but took care of the tires I needed.I never give anybody a 100% rating, but these guys were close.

In spite of serious workload, everyone was courteous and attentive. The repair of my flat was timely and fastidious. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend them.

They took longer than what was told to me and the problem still isn't fix. Will be 3rd time taking it back for them fix. Typical?

I used them a week ago they were great it just took longer than I expected

I will say the manager is a great guy but the people he hires are all but useless... Went in today to get a quote, the guy at the desk was eating food, and just spouted numbers at me. Refused to give me a printed quote for the job I need done. Horrid service.

Purchased a set of tires there and had them do the mounting and balancing. I had to pry out of the young man what was covered and what was not with the purchase of the tires. I researched the tires beforehand so knew what I wanted. I had the truck back a few days and it developed a steering wheel "shimmy", called and they said to bring it back. I did and the same problem arose again only after 50 miles or so, took it back again they said it was probably the rims, then he said without even looking at me " we've done all we can". Really? Was this a "tire store" where I spent my hard earned money and that's the best he can come up with? I went to another "tire store" and told them my situation they fixed the problem.

My check tires light came on and I went straight to Big O, they filled them up with air and I was on my way. No fuss, no muss! Love these guys, they've always treated my well.

hen my truck needed new tires, just before a trip to see family, not only did I get the needed tires, I was able to leave and make the trip even though the bank had a security breach and my card was unusable. Chris allowed me to get the issue worked out with the bank after the weekend. It was a blessing, plus gave me some faith back in humanity that not everything was just about money. Thank you Chris Boice.

I have always received excellent service from Big O Tires

Well I paid almost 5000 dollars for my rims and tires for my wife's truck I also purchased a warranty on them ,less than a month later one of my tires blew they said they couldn't replace it tell the next day so when my wife came in the next day they explained to her that she would have to pay another 77 dollars to repurchase a another warranty on that one tire and to place and mount it she explained that we would put it on are self so they tried to make her pay 50 dollars just for a warranty on the tire we already have a warranty on so we told them we didn't want to put a warranty on it even know we already paid a lot for the warranty in the first place so they told us we still had to pay for something so we waited there all day why they were rude and charged for I don't know what so they could be rude to us when we got back in the truck are stuff was riffled through this is the store in roseburg orgon

I had a horrible experience to the point that I never want to go back. The employee "Chad" was so rude and lied to me several times regarding information I was requiring about. I asked him if I could get any discounts if I used my Big O credit card and he said yes, $25.00. I also mentioned to him that I was not getting very good mileage out of the tires and he stated that thus far I had received three free tires due to road damage. I called my husband in front of him and my husband stated that we only had one tire that had road damage. I also told Chad I would ask my son because he was the prior driver for the car. Chad argued and argued that I was wrong and that he had proof of the three free tires. I finally got a hold of my son and he agreed that it was only one tire. Chad said he understands how I would forget (which I didn't forget)... I had him give me a print out of what he was looking at so he did. I was correct and it was not three new tires but one and the other two tires I paid for. He finally agreed that he was wrong. I then walked back up to the counter and asked for the paperwork for the rebate on my tires....Chad stated that it is all done on line...I told him that it wasn't because I have used the rebates several times prior. Greg Fisher walked in and heard the conversation and said that the rebate forms were on the counter. Chad then got one and folded it up over and over until it was small and handed it to me. I then sat back down and proceeded to read the rebate information and I in fact did not qualify for the rebate like Chad said I did. I went back up to the counter (No one else was inside the area) and told Chad that I didn't qualify for the rebate which is one of the only reasons I purchased two more tires. He said he would try and take care of it. As he was looking at the computer, I wrote a note to "myself" that "only go thru Greg"...Chad then proceeded to tell me how rude I was for writing that and was extremely rude to the point that I told him to go outside and get Greg Fisher. Greg came back in and tried to help me finish the transaction. After everything calmed down, I told Chad that I just wanted to drop the prior incident (Greg Fisher was standing there) and Chad said "don't worry, I wasn't going to lose any sleep or this" I then said "Wow that was so rude of you and a total slap in the face". I was shaking when I left there because I am a return customer and have used Big O for all our families tire needs. I've also recommended my friends. I have never been treated so poorly from any business in my life.

Great service every time I go into this store for either new tires or tire rotation.

I just spent two and half hours waiting to have two tires fixed. Took over and hour to fix the first one fixed. The truck set out front for I don't know how long and they didn't tell me it was done. when they finally decided to wait on me they said there was know leak on the second tire. I had to insist they look at it again. they found the leak and it took an hour and half for them to fix it. This is the second time they have done this to me. The last time I took it in to have the tires rotated it took over two hours. If that is the norm for them I will be buying tires else ware. terrible service.

My Jeep loves going to Big O, last trip it lost a wheel cap after I left from getting the 3rd tire fixed in 6 weeks!-Idont always stay where Im suppose to! Chad ordered a new cap, got it fixed up right away...they take good care of all my rigs!.. Denise
