Have always had a good service

My Lincoln Mark IV Pickup (which I treasure) needed tires so I went to BIG O (they're the only Tire Store I purchase from) and spoke to their Staff.I was given a fast and efficient quote, was able to get my NEW tires on, and was back on the road in a fastamount of time.BIG O IS THE BEST!!!!Not just for tires... but for quality in staff and service!!

I was treated with respect and they jumped right to my problem and fixed it quickly!

I have done business with several tire places over the years, and have had one very difficult standard to live up to from my years in Texas.Something about service and hospitality in the South being an art form!I have to say that Big O in Roseburg has met that standard.I come in, state what I need, am properly informed and the service is promptly completed.I have not had one complaint.

Been using Big O for years now and they have always been great.I had a problem years ago with a leaking rim and Chris went out of his way to help me get the issue resolved when others just wanted to sell me something new.Been with them ever since.

Last time I visited your store was on July 1st for a Tire Rotation, I left feedback shortly after that time too and have repeatedly been asked to leave feedback time and time again. I bought a set of Cooper ZEON RS3-G1 225/40R18 92WXL Tires from you on 11/16/2018 and have them rotated every 5,000 miles. I don't mind leaving feedback, but only after each time you provide service for me. Thank you

I scheduled an alignment and my vehicle was taken promptly upon my arrival. Since it didn't need to be adjusted, there was no charge. I have always found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. I plan to continue my business with Big O Tires for many years to come. Thank You

Doing good, always satisfied

Went in late on a Thursday for front end inspection, needed new tires and my front end rebuilt on my 4 wheel drive GMC Sierra.I brought back the truck the followingmorning at 10 am, had it back by 6pm, four new tires, the front end rebuilt and aligned. Great Service!

I had a problem understanding how the road hazard worked so I returned to the store and talked to Greg. He explained it thoroughly. Good service! Thanks Greg!

When I received the estimate the week before, I asked if the oil change could be done at the same time as the other items. I was told that they could run the car next door to Oil Can Henry's and have it done. This week when the work was done, I didn't see the oil change on the charges. I was told that I had been misinformed the previous week and Big O's didn't do that anymore. I then had to take my car next door and have the oil change done. I didn't have much choice as I was leaving on a trip the next day.

Great service friendly atmosphere and fast service

When I came by, it was very busy, so it took a much longer time than it would have if I had rotated my tires myself.... this is, of course, a cadillac problem for a business owner.... a product of the good job you are doing, a much better sign than a shop full of workers standing around and no customers waiting.I'm glad you are here and plan to continue using you for my tire needs.

They Understood that I could only get 2 tires this month and two tires next month the salesperson helped me find a set of tires I could afford and still be a decent tire. They got the work done fast and right
