Big O Tires

When ever in need just call on Big O they truly care about their customers.

My Jeep and I have been playing places I probably shouldn't be and have picked up 3 screws/nails/debris in the last month! The guys are right on it and fix it everytime- always with a smile and quick service, Very Classy group- Denise :)

They fixed my truck when my tire fell off which was not there fault and they did it for free such a great shop.

I can only think of one word to describe the entire experience from the desk to the tires QUALITY.

Always efficient and polite service. Willing to answer questions and make sure you get what is the best quality product in your price range.

Both of our cars have tires that we've purchased from Big O Tires, and the service we've received has been outstanding. For my RAV 4, I was able to find a quieter Michelin tire and I'm very happy with the results.

I appreciate your service. I have one concern and it has been ongoing. I take great care in how I treat my vehicles. It concerns me when I see my vehicle being bounced over the rack when it is brought in to be serviced. Please slow down and treat my vehicles with care and respect. This is something that can be controlled. Thank you.

I can't explain how much I appreciate the guys at Big O'! They saved my life. I had recently had some custom work done on my truck and they noticed that a critical bolt on the steering system was never tightened up properly. I could have had a fatal crash with my kids in the truck. I can't thank them enough!

Went out of their way to get me what I needed

Had a tire going flat, was able to get to Big O and have them repair it was awesome. I am disabled and unable to change a flat. To my surprise they did not charge me a penny for their service. They have been very good to me, last month they checked my tires and brakes for free on my new vehicle. Such a great feeling to have such wonderful service!

I noticed a noise from the right rear wheel area of our car and thought it might be brake or bearing related. They confirmed it sounded like a wheel bearing. It was ordered and installed under the time quoted.
