Big O Tires

Big O found my choice of tires, when everybody else could not, ordered them in from two different States, installed them and even extended the manufacturers money buy incentive that had expired.

The staff was extremely outgoing and friendly. They were very quick to get my truck into the shop and quick and thorough getting it out! Thanks big o! Loyal customer of the past and future Dave D

I had my tires rotated, went back a fee days later and bought my boyfriend a set of wheels and tires. I was going to do some "shopping around" for the best price but Aaland (sorry if I misspelled his name) was so helpful, I just went for it. No shopping needed. He even let me use his phone charger! :)

They all do a great job. Same team from the first time I was there. And they know me by my first name. I like that the team remembers who I am. Need to do oil changes too. Lol. Keep up the great job. Thank you Tresa

The crew was friendly, the store clean and the wait minimal (about an hour and a half) and the price I paid was right within my budget. I will definitely be back.

Friendly, efficient staff, quick service. Could not, for safety, give me what I asked for but explained everything thoroughly and understandably.

The only problem I had was I left a message for craig or greg (not sure what his name was) to call me back two times and never did. The good news was when I would talk to him, he was always more than helpful

The people at Big O are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased a few different sets of tires from them on different vehicles and they always treat my good. Good prices on quality tires with great service what more could you ask for.

I was in the parking lot when the store opened so I kinda met "them"� at the door. Quick easy and painless. The guys informed me that both air filters needed to be replaced and offered to do so. Greg had the tires transferred in earlier in the week and Michelle called me to let me know they were in. Nice job guys and gals!

Even got my boyfriend to forget about Les Swab after going to them for 20 plus years!

I'd called early in the morning - before the shop was even open and someone answered and took the time to look up what a couple of tires would cost for my rig. Came in at 0800 w my husband, dropped the car off and he walked me to work (couple of blocks away to the hospital); by the time he got back to BigO - the car was ready to go!

Ever sine moving here to Roseburg, Oregon 20 years ago, I have always used Big O Tires for all my vehicles. They really take care of you, with service and a friendly smile. This time, even though they were busy selling and installing tires, they treated me like I was a paying customer, even though I just needed my Big O tires rotated. Always a pleasure to walk in their door.

Staff was friendly and was quick to get my new tires on.

I appreciate that the staff remember who I am when I go in. They are always polite and respectful.
