I went to get my tires exchanged. I brought my regular tires to replace my studded tires. I was not even expecting to get this at the time, since I had declined to make an appointment. They were ready and within an hour I was back home doing my chores. Thank you, Kathy

Ripped brand new tire on RAV 4. Had to order brand new OEM tire for big money. They patiently explained how toyota and honda sell replacement tires for new vehicles at $200 over the generic price for the same quality tire. And how to properly use the donut spare. They have been trustworthy for the last four sets of new tires over the years I have bought here in Roseburg. They were recommended to me by a mechanic here in town who said, they treat their employees right.

Great Staff at this location! Always friendly and fast. My only issue is the waiting room is slightly more comfortable than a bus stop. New seats are not that expensive.
