I usually do most of the work myself to my vehicles, but occasionally I really need these guys. I recently needed an alignment after replacing hub assembly's and a tie rod end on my F350, so I gave them a call and they were able to set me up the same day. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all never try to cheat you into having work done that really doesn't need to be done.

As a customer of Big O tires in California for over 25 years, I now reside in Oregon. This is the first time visiting this branch of Big O, I received very good service on my vehicle, it needed to have the tires rebalanced and rotated. I will continue to be a customer of Big O as long as I have a vehicle.

When I made my appointment to have my van worked on, I had a list of items to be looked at or worked on. After inspection I was informed that the brakes are still good, the belts are still good and spark plugs are still good. I thought one, two or all the items I listed needed replacement. Nice to know you can still get honest results with auto repair/service and not get charged for things you don't need just yet.

Daughter texted in a quick tire rotation on Booth Jeeps and Husband had a flat tire repaired later in the afternoon.

Greg was spot on as to what my vehicle needed. He had it in stock and the service was fast and friendly. New tires and a lift kit on my Tacoma, feels like a new pick up.

My husband was saying the same thing yesterday. Even though the alignment was still true and the brakes still good it is nice to have it verified.
