Big O Tires

I have been buying my tires from Big O in Roseburg for years and have always been treated well and the service continued to be fantastic after the sale. They also helped me out with some wiring issues that I was having with one of my vehicles and really saved me time and money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I love a Big O...tire! Ordering tires was a breeze and getting scduled to get my tires changed was so easy. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and very helpful. I waited in the lobby while my tires were getting changed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was very upbeat and happy. The crew worked very well together. It's been a few years since I have gotten my tires at Big O. I am highly satisfied with the tires I purchased and the service I received. Definitely buying my next set from Big O!

Fast and friendly service.

We popped in for two new front tires for our son's car and the staff at Big-O were awesome! Within half and hour we were on our way, and so was our boy! from the tires the counter clerk recommended to the technicians who put them on, the service was great, fast, $ comparable, friendly and efficient! Thank you for another good experience where we thought we got the most for our money! Keep it up!

big o had the toyo open country tires i wanted for winter driving, at a good price.

I've been a few times. I first picked the spot and not the company because of the location. Now I'd pick if for the company. So far they've been super helpful and honest. They work hard and it's obvious.

The service is great. And they are reasonably fast.

These guys are fast and efficient. Being located in the heart of the shopping district I was able to get my tires rotated and balanced before my wife was done with her shopping. And talk about friendly. The whole staff was ready to help and answer any question I had, like could I get bigger tires on my truck without getting bigger rims. And the answer is yes by the way. Oh, and they have good coffee too. ;-)

I have taken my car to big O three times now for emergency fixes and they have been amazing! Coming from a big city where they nickel and dime you for everything, it was a shock when I was told they did these fixes for me for free. I am new to the area and will be bringing my car back for everything now. Thank you guys, you made my day today when you fixed my flat tire on my lunch break!!! You're the best, see you in a few weeks for an oil change :-)

I called to make an appointment the day before and they were able to get me in early the next morning. They did exactly as I asked and I felt that they were respecting of the current state of affairs. (masks and distancing)
