Nice folks, good, honest service!

Called and asked when would be a good time to come in gave heads up on the crowd so I would not be sitting there waiting when I came at the a lot of time got right on my truck and came back to report that the other two sensors were also going bad so we replaced all for saving me another trip to town

As a customer of Big O tires in California for over 25 years, I now reside in Oregon. This is the first time visiting this branch of Big O, I received very good service on my vehicle, it needed to have the tires rebalanced and rotated. I will continue to be a customer of Big O as long as I have a vehicle.

They informed me of my issues (showed me & explained) in detail. And were able to get the necessary work done in a timely manner.

It was nice to get what we asked for the first time instead of realizing that we were substituted something because they did not have what they quoted. They beat our competitors price in the initial quote, without having to get a price match. Also as a business that woeks from our can, they madeus feel like we were a priority and got us in and out very quickly. 10 out of 10.
